Bitter sweet given staff was very nice but location wasn't for me

Very nice staff and clean, Indian food was excellent

Although the property was probably very grandiose in years gone by them days have gone though it's still OK, location was poor and travelling to and from was tough given traffic and the number of available taxis

Excellent room. Friendly staff. Excellent location.

The air-conditioning appears to be poorly maintained. Both mine and my brother's rooms had faulty Aircon. Mine was repaired in an hour, but my brother had to change his room. Which is not ideal when you have 2 kids and it's late at night. The staff were excellent through all this.

Very Good

Everything is good, except the AC issue it was really disturbing as the temperature in the room is really hot. BUT staff is so cooperative & here I would like to mention @RABINDRA at front desk brilliant person who knows exactly how to serve the customers and very talented guy, extra ordinary supportive and I wish him all the very best.

AC :) in the room so horrible, very uncomforting in sleep

The TV was not working and when I call them they said they will send someone to fix and when the person come he said we have an issue with the TV already 4 days and they can't fix it

A wonderful place to stay and experience a staff that works hard for your comfort!!!

The entire staff put much emphasis in identifying each guest by name and ensuring every engagement remained high-substance. The concierge set the tone for my stay. Mr Rahiman was everywhere and always wanting tow know If I were okay. Another impressionable experience was the manager and staff at the Bamboo Lounge - extremely helpful. They offered the entire menu (seriously) each time. I also loved hanging out at the piano bar with Shirley who always asked how my day was going.

No free airport shuttle. This was the one surprise/disappointment I held

Seems the standard has dropped!

The steakhouse remains a favourite.

I have stayed here before and I had much higher expectations. My room was stuffy, the carpet smelled mouldy and there were fruit flies in the room. Just generally unimpressive.

The fact that we were first put in a room underneath a squash court only to be put in a room that had no sound proofing and the new years party being held in the open foyer. Ruined two nights worth of sleep

they had two places for breakfast and they never told me i was going to the wrong place and when I checked out they charged me almost 300 usd for breakfast for 3 days. Also, the net was too slow

The breakfast was good

From the start the two room we ordered together were on same floor but too far away in another section, not good when we have two teenage girls. Rooms changed from king double to two single beds due to not having a joining rooms. Staff not as friendly as a lot of hotels I have stayed. Breakfast crew fantastic. Also no points where awarded to my privilege account because I used booking.com I had called the hotel a few weeks before and was told points would be granted. The on duty manager at time of check out was rude and said that is that. No empathy at all. Room service only wanted cash then took my credit card and called the front desk. He told me he gad charged it to my account and I was then billed for it. Still waiting on statement to check.

The staff and the room was excellent , it was my second trip and will keep coming because the Rooftop is amazing.

The hotel makes my stay in Dubai a wonderful one

The staffs are very helpful and friendly! They make us feel like home. The facilities are excellent and luxurious. I also love the space and restaurants there such as Piano Lounge, Marketplace and Bamboo which are very cool and cozy. Wish to come here again soon.

Fine.

I was invited to a wedding, so I booked in the Hotel. It's very close to the airport. At the reception I was offered a Marriott membership application number to use for next time.. that was very nice, thanks.

At the bathroom .. there is no separate houze for private personal cleaning. Alqebla sign is on the desk ... it should be on the ceiling, when I moved in I but my bag on the desk .. so it was very hard for me to find alqebla in order to pray. The furniture is a bit old.
